At Skinexa.in, we aim to deliver high-quality skincare products and ensure that you have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weโre here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1 Wrong / Damaged / Defective Product
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective
- You have received a wrong item, variant, or quantity
- The product is expired
Condition:
- You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photos/video of the product and packaging for verification.
The returns will be processed within 3 to 4 days. Damaged and defective items will be verified and processed within 4 to 5 days, and the replaced product will be delivered to the customer within 5 to 6 days.
If you receive any damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-deliver, exchange, or replace the item within 5โ6 working days.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene & safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless you received them damaged or wrong:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products with tampered seals
- Items purchased during special sales/discounts
- Free gifts or complimentary items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@skinexa.in or WhatsApp at 79853-47849
Provide:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the product
- Reason for return
Our team will verify the request within 24โ48 hours.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable in your pincode).
The product must be returned:
- In original packaging
- With all tags, labels, freebies, and accessories
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Approval
Refund will be issued only after:
- Successful verification of the returned product
- Quality check at our warehouse (3โ5 business days)
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method, including:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Debit/Credit Card
- Wallet
Timeline:
The refunded amount will be credited to the customerโs bank account within 3 to 4 days.
4.3 COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI transfer
You must provide your UPI ID or bank details.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- If cancellation is approved, refund is processed within 3โ5 business days.
6. Exchange Policy
Skinexa.in currently does not support direct product exchanges.
You may return and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Missing Items in Order
If any item is missing:
- Raise a claim within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide unboxing video as proof
8. Shipping Policy (New Clause Added)
The products will be delivered to customers within 4 to 6 days.
